The Owner and Director of EMF, Paul Kombol is well known in Electrical Contracting industry in Cape Town.

Paul is fully qualified Master Electrician with long history with training and trade testing. He has gained vast experience by working and training with the best. He has practiced his trade for many years before expanding into lecturing and learning how to “run a business”. The difficulty of being a “hands on” tradesman and also managing the financials of a business is well understood. As a lecturer for subjects like Costing and Estimating, he helps many electrical businesses to run their companies efficiently.

A stint as trade test moderator has helped him to understand the difficulties involved with training and keeping employees “well trained”.
